About Fascigen
This website, fascigen.com, is operated by Arno Group LLC trading as Fascigen, a United States limited liability company with its business address at 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801-5777, United States. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
These terms apply to use of our store and purchases from us. Our Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds & 60-Day Guarantee, and Subscription & Cancellation Policy form part of the relevant purchase terms. Our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains our handling of personal information; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to optional data processing.
Orders and payment
You must be legally capable of entering into the purchase and authorised to use your selected payment method. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details so we can process and deliver your order.
The checkout shows the product, quantity, currency, applicable taxes, shipping charges and total before payment. Additional potential import charges are disclosed before purchase where applicable. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or international-payment fees under its own terms.
After checkout we send an order confirmation. We may need to decline or cancel an order because of an actual stock problem, inability to deliver, suspected unauthorised payment or an obvious material listing error. We will tell you promptly and refund any amount collected for the cancelled items. We will not use this provision to remove rights under a contract already formed or charge a corrected price without your agreement.
Product information
We describe products, quantities and serving information accurately. Minor screen colour differences may occur, but delivered goods must match their description. A material change to formula, strength, quantity or product identity requires your agreement before substitution.
Follow the directions and warnings supplied with your product. Product information does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. This statement does not excuse inaccurate advertising, reduce product-quality obligations or remove consumer rights.
Shipping and refunds
Delivery availability, processing and transit information are explained in the Shipping Policy and the offer shown when you order. Cancellation, returns and refunds are explained in the Returns, Refunds & 60-Day Guarantee policy. Specific promises made with your purchase remain part of that purchase; a later policy update does not silently withdraw them.
Subscriptions
Recurring charges apply only where you agree to a subscription at checkout. The selected plan and Subscription & Cancellation Policy govern those charges. A one-time order is not converted to a subscription without your agreement.
Discounts and store credit
Eligibility, expiry and any restrictions on an offer are disclosed with that offer. A discount's application to the first payment or later subscription payments is stated before purchase. We do not retrospectively change an accepted offer to increase the price of an existing order.
Any store credit offered as a goodwill gesture is separate from a refund entitlement. Its amount, use restrictions and any lawful expiry are explained when issued. You do not have to accept store credit in place of a monetary refund you are entitled to receive.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not use the store to make fraudulent purchases, interfere with its security, upload malicious code, or infringe another person's rights. Any action we take to protect the store does not remove your rights relating to valid existing purchases.
Website materials and customer reviews
Website content belongs to us or our licensors, except where otherwise stated. You may use it for ordinary personal shopping purposes. Other uses require permission unless permitted by law.
If you voluntarily submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it and make formatting edits that do not change its meaning. We will seek permission before publishing personal health details or identifying information beyond what you chose to make public. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. We do not require a favourable review as a condition of resolving a complaint.
Shopify and personal information
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform used to sell to you. Information about your store visits and purchases is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, including providers located outside your country, for the purposes described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Where Shopify Network Intelligence and related Enhanced Services are enabled, Shopify also uses information about interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify to provide Enhanced Services, including personalisation, advertising, fraud prevention and improvements to its services, subject to applicable privacy choices. Your sales contract is with Arno Group LLC, not Shopify.
Liability and consumer protection
We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees and responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms limits rights concerning goods that are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or not delivered.
We are not responsible for losses that are not caused by our breach and that the law does not require us to bear. We do not exclude liability simply because fulfilment or delivery is performed by a third party. Events beyond our reasonable control may affect timing, but do not remove applicable cancellation or refund rights.
Complaints and governing law
Please contact support@fascigen.com with your order number and concern so we can investigate. You retain any right to seek assistance from a consumer authority, payment provider or competent court. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or require you to waive statutory remedies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and applicable federal law, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. This clause does not require you to give up any right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. We show the effective date and provide additional notice where required. The terms agreed when an order was placed continue to apply to that order. Subscription changes are handled under the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
