Privacy policy
Effective date: 4 October 2026
Who is responsible
Arno Group LLC trading as Fascigen, 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801-5777, United States, is responsible for the personal information we handle in operating fascigen.com. Contact our privacy contact at support@fascigen.com or +1 (815) 984-5595.
This policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it and your choices. It applies to our website, purchases, subscriptions and support communications. Shopify and payment providers may also act independently for certain processing, as explained below.
Information we collect
Depending on your interactions with us, we collect:
- Contact and delivery information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses.
- Purchase information, such as products, quantities, order value, currency, discounts, returns, payment status and subscription preferences.
- Account and support information, including login information, messages, requests and correspondence.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, pages viewed and interactions with our store.
- Consent and preference records, including cookie choices and marketing subscription or opt-out records.
- Information you voluntarily submit in reviews or other communications.
Information comes from you, your device, Shopify, our payment, subscription, communication and fulfilment providers. Payment providers process payment credentials; we receive payment status and limited payment details, not your full card number through Shopify's ordinary merchant interface.
We do not require medical records or test results for ordinary purchases or our satisfaction guarantee. Please avoid sending unnecessary health information. If you voluntarily send health-related information to support, we restrict its use to responding to your request and meeting applicable obligations, unless a separate lawful purpose and permission apply. We do not use it to create health-based advertising audiences.
Why we use information
We use information to process payments and orders, deliver purchases, manage subscriptions, provide support and refunds, maintain accounts, protect against fraud and misuse, comply with recordkeeping and legal obligations, and honour privacy choices.
Where enabled and permitted by your choices, we also use information to measure store performance, improve the shopping experience and deliver marketing. We send promotional messages only where we have the consent or other permission required. A purchase alone is not treated as blanket permission for every marketing channel.
Where a legal-basis framework applies, we rely on performance of a contract for orders and subscriptions; legal obligations for required records and disclosures; legitimate interests where appropriate for security, support and service improvement after considering your rights; and consent for activities that require it, including relevant optional tracking and marketing. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
If you do not provide information necessary to fulfil an order, we may be unable to provide that service. Optional marketing and advertising choices are not required to buy from us.
Who receives information
We disclose relevant information to service providers as needed for the purposes above, including Shopify for hosting and commerce; payment providers for processing and fraud checks; fulfilment partners and carriers for delivery; subscription providers for recurring orders; and communication providers for support and permitted marketing. We also disclose information where legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a lawful business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
We use Loop Subscriptions to administer recurring orders and Klaviyo to deliver email communications and manage relevant contact preferences. These services receive the contact, purchase, subscription and preference information needed for their functions. Fulfilment partners and carriers receive the information needed to prepare, track and deliver your order.
Where enabled and permitted, analytics and advertising partners receive device identifiers and store-interaction information to measure performance, attribute advertising and provide relevant promotions. Some recipients process information for their own purposes under their privacy notices, rather than solely on our instructions.
Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information about visits, purchases and transactions to provide the store, checkout, payment-related functions and other services. Information may be shared with Shopify and other providers in countries different from yours. Shopify and applicable payment processors may independently process some information for purposes such as security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Read Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers. Shopify's privacy portal is available at https://privacy.shopify.com/.
Where Shopify Network Intelligence and related Enhanced Services are enabled, Shopify combines information about interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify to provide Enhanced Services, including personalised experiences, advertising, fraud prevention and service improvement. Some of these uses may be classified as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable US state privacy laws. You can use our data-sharing opt-out controls below and Shopify's privacy portal to exercise applicable rights or withdraw consent.
Cookies, advertising and choices
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential store functions such as shopping carts, checkout, authentication and security. Depending on the services enabled and your applicable choices, optional analytics and advertising technologies may measure visits, understand shopping activity, attribute advertising and show relevant promotions.
You can review or change optional choices through the cookie-preferences controls available on our store. Where prior consent is required, optional technologies are not activated before that consent. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent ordinary purchases. Browser settings can also manage cookies, although blocking essential storage may affect store functions.
For information about the cookies and similar technologies used on our store, review the details provided in our cookie controls or contact support@fascigen.com.
Where our disclosures to advertising providers constitute a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may opt out through the data-sharing opt-out control on our store, where available, or contact support@fascigen.com. We recognise legally applicable browser opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, through our configured privacy controls. Choices may apply to the browser or device used; account-level requests can be made by email.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16 for advertising purposes. We do not require consent to optional advertising as a condition of purchase.
Email and other communications
Unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. We maintain suppression records so an unsubscribe is respected. Service messages necessary for orders, subscriptions, security or requested support may continue.
Retention and security
We retain information for the period necessary for its purpose, including managing orders, handling returns and disputes, meeting tax/accounting obligations, preventing fraud and respecting opt-outs. We then delete or de-identify it unless continued retention is required or permitted for a specific purpose.
Order and transaction records are retained for applicable accounting, tax and dispute periods. Account and support records are retained while needed to administer the relationship and resolve requests. Marketing data is retained while we have a permitted purpose; limited suppression and consent records may be retained longer so we can respect your choices and demonstrate compliance. Tracking-data retention depends on its purpose and the relevant provider settings. Contact us for details concerning your information.
We use appropriate organisational and technical safeguards, including access controls, to protect information. No online system is completely secure. If an incident requires notification, we notify affected people and authorities as required.
International processing
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where Shopify and our service providers operate. When a transfer requires legal safeguards, we use an applicable authorised mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
Your rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent or opt out of relevant sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Where applicable, you may use an authorised agent.
Send requests to support@fascigen.com. We may reasonably verify identity and an agent's authority, but will not request unrelated information. We respond within applicable deadlines, explain any lawful refusal, and provide an appeal method where required. To appeal a decision, reply to it or email us with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising rights.
You can also complain to the relevant privacy authority. This may include New Zealand's Office of the Privacy Commissioner, the UK's Information Commissioner's Office, or the supervisory authority where you live in the EEA, as applicable. You do not have to contact us first where the law permits a direct complaint.
Children
Our store is intended for adults and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Updates and contact
We update this policy when relevant practices change, show the new effective date and give additional notice or obtain consent where required. An update does not authorise a previously undisclosed use merely because the text has changed.
