To cancel a subscription, click Manage Subscription in the header menu at fascigen.com and follow the cancellation steps or email support@fascigen.com. You may cancel by email even if the online portal is unavailable.
For refunds, email us before posting anything. We do not currently require physical returns for claims under our 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Our business address is not an authorised returns address. If a return is necessary for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we supply instructions and a prepaid return method.
